Official says Russia’s Avia Capital Services sues Boeing

MOSCOW, Aug 27 (PRIME) -- Avia Capital Services, affiliate of Russian state industrial holding Rostec, has confirmed a lawsuit against Boeing, an official of the company told PRIME on Tuesday.

“We confirm that there is a suit,” the official said.

Media reported earlier that Avia Capital Services had sued Boeing for termination of a contract for 35 737 MAX aircraft after two accidents with jets of the model.
